Dashboard
Entry into Private Customer Advisory. Risk Analysis including the creation of a risk profile with subsequent detailed assessment of the individual insurance products. The "Product Advisory" can also be accessed without Risk Analysis via direct entry. You can supplement the Private Customer Advisory with other products from our modular Advisory Suite.
Risk Analysis
Questions and answers adapt individually to the customer during the process. Irrelevant or already asked questions automatically fall out of the survey. Intelligent features: customized text labels, integrated calculations.
Risk Profile
An individual risk profile is created by entering your customer’s information. It is calculated by using intelligent algorithms based on public statistical data. By clicking on each life risk detailed information on risk and relevance can be obtained.
Policy Check
Existing insurance products can be clearly recorded with important information such as reversal date, premium, etc. Costs for existing insurance policies are automatically integrated into the budget calculator.
Recommendation
Based on the respective relevance of coverage and risk probability, Insurance products are prioritized in four categories. The products are then selected for a detailed advisory session. Insurance products that your customer already has are marked accordingly.
Product Advisory
After selecting the desired insurance products, the relevant detailed questions are asked about the respective product. Product Advisory can also be selected without prior Risk Analysis via direct entry.
Result
Based on the answers, an insurance recommendation is created from the collected information and customer needs. The different tariffs can be integrated individually depending on the product range. The picture shows an example of how recommendations and tariffs can be displayed.
