Privacy policy & handling of personal data by riskine

Protection of your personal data is of utmost concern for us. Your data shall therefore only be used in accordance with provisions of the law (GDPR, TKG 2003). This data protection statement will provide information on the essential aspects of data processing as being used:

  • our risk analysis for private customers (A. Risk Analysis for Private Customers)
  • our website (B. Web analysis services and C. Newsletter)

A. Risk Analysis for Private Customers

Two types of data are processed in this web-tool

  1. Personal data (date of birth, address, family situation, property, housing situation, profession, income, etc.)
  2. Your email address, in case you require the final report via email

Add 1) For the period of the session your data is stored on our server. Subsequently the data is automatically anonymised and your date of birth and your address are removed. The remaining data is anonymously used for statistical purpose. One exception is faulty sessions, which are stored for one week for error analysis before they are automatically deleted as well. Any forwarding of data, anonymous or not, to third parties shall not take place. Our data centre is located in Austria.

Add 2) You may send the final report on the analysis to your e-mail address (optionally). Your e-mail address is not being stored or linked to your statistical data. Yet, we would like to expressively point out that the transmission of data via the internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can offer security vulnerabilities, which is beyond our control.

B. Web analysis services

B1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Furthermore, the Customer Management System by the provider Hubspot Inc. ("Hubspot") is used. These services use "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how visitors use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google and Hubspot on servers in the United States. You can prevent this by configuring your browser in a way that no cookies are stored. Through a so-called IP anonymisation, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by the web analysis service within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Thus, the location of your browser can only be assigned regionally, but not to you personally. The web analysis services can evaluate visitor behaviour in order to compile reports on website activities. Other services associated with website and Internet use can also be provided to the website operator this way. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of art 96 par 3 TKG as well as art 6 par 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Our concern in the context of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence.

B2) Furthermore, we store your IP address, e-mail address, name and company information via hubspot in order to provide you with better service. This is only done with your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent or assert other rights at any time by sending a message to (see D. Your rights). Here, in addition to those already mentioned in B1), the legal basis of art 6 par 1 lit a (consent) of the DSGVO is added. Further information on data processing and information on data protection by Hubspot can be found at

C. Newsletter

Our website enables you to subscribe to our newsletter. For this purpose we need your e-mail address and a declaration of consent to your subscription. After signing up for the newsletter you will be sent a link by e-mail confirming your subscription.

D. Your Rights

Basically, you have the right to information, amendment, deletion, limitation, data transferability, revocation and objection. However, we would like to point out that we are unable to match your data to you after the online analysis.

In case you suspect an infringement of the law regarding the processing of your data or any other data protection claims have been infringed you are free to complain at the supervisory authority, which is the Datenschutzbehörde (Data Protection Authority) in Austria – however, in that case we would appreciate to hear from you in advance.
